No Setup Fee on Spark or Growth
Domination has a $1,500 one-off setup fee. After that, you pay a flat weekly fee by direct debit, with no lock-in and no minimum term.
On Spark and Growth the website becomes yours after 26 weekly payments. If you leave before then, you can pay out the weeks left to keep it, or hand it back. On Domination it's yours from day one. Your Google listing and ad accounts, set up in your name, always stay yours.

- You want the cheapest website in town. There are cheap template sites out there. That's not what we build.

More Enquiries by Month 6, or Your Weekly Fees Back Plus $1,000 (Growth and Domination)
Give me 6 months. Before we start, we write down how many enquiries you got in an average month over the last 3 months. If your sixth month is not better than that, I refund every weekly fee you have paid, and I add $1,000 on top for your time.
You are measured against your own business, not a number I picked, on tracking you can see. It is fair both ways: you answer your leads, give me the access I need and stay on the plan for the 6 months. You can leave any week, but you only get the refund if you stay the full 6 months.

Pricing Questions
Can you just do my Google Ads?
Not on their own. Ads only pay off when the page people land on turns them into calls, and when you can see which ads made you money. So ads come in Growth and up. You get a website built to turn visitors into calls, a page for each suburb and service, and call tracking. It's $275 a week plus your ad spend, which goes to Google with no markup.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There is no lock-in and no minimum term on any plan. Stay because it is working, leave any time with no penalty.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on Spark or Growth: the build is on us. Domination has a $1,500 one-off setup that covers the bigger build and the extra ad accounts. After that it is a simple flat weekly fee.
How long until I see results?
Most clients see their first leads from Google within 30 to 60 days. SEO compounds, so month three beats month one. With Google Ads on Growth and Domination you get leads from day one while your organic builds.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time. No penalties, no exit fees. Your domain and all the content we created are always yours. On Domination you keep the website too, and we hand everything over. On Spark and Growth the build is free, so the site becomes yours after 26 weeks on the plan. Leave before then and you either pay out the weeks left at your weekly fee to keep it, or hand the site back. Full detail is in the terms.
Is Google Ads spend included?
Google Ads management is included from the Growth plan up. Your ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google at cost, never marked up. We usually suggest starting around $30 to $50 a day depending on your market.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Any time, in either direction. Most clients start on Spark or Growth and move up once they see results.
Do I have to pay upfront for the website?
No. We build your website as part of a plan, starting at Spark ($100/wk) with the build on us and no big upfront. A website without SEO and ongoing content is a shop with no signage, so our plans are built to get you results, not just a pretty site.
What's included in the guarantee?
On Growth and Domination, give me 6 months. If your sixth month does not bring more enquiries than your average month before we started, I refund every weekly fee you have paid, plus $1,000. You are measured against your own starting number, on call tracking and form submissions you can see. The full conditions are on the guarantee page.
