Service Agreement
Version 1.1, effective 29 October 2026
These are the terms on which Dossis Digital (ABN 50 140 793 623) ('we', 'us', 'Dossis') provides its marketing services. 'You' or 'the Client' means the business that accepts these terms by paying for a plan.
By ticking 'I agree' at checkout and making your first payment, you accept these terms. Your acceptance, the date, and your business details are recorded by our payment provider (Stripe). No physical signature is required.
Our plans and what they include
We offer three plans, billed weekly:
- Spark ($100/week): a professional website built and hosted for you with basic on-page SEO, Google Business Profile setup and optimisation, Bing and Apple Maps listings, weekly Google posts, automated review generation and review responses, small site changes, hosting, security, backups, updates and uptime monitoring, enquiry alerts, monthly reporting and text support. Spark is a presence plan and does not include ongoing SEO work or managed ads.
- Growth ($275/week): everything in Spark, plus a larger website with a page per suburb and service, one managed ad account (Google, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn; ad spend billed separately at cost), ongoing SEO, AI-search visibility, conversion and call tracking, lead follow-up automation, and a live reporting dashboard.
- Domination ($450/week): everything in Growth, plus management of all your ad accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn), database reactivation, retargeting, an ongoing content and authority programme, a custom lead-capture tool, and a monthly strategy call.
Your exact scope is confirmed in writing at your onboarding kickoff.
What we need from you
To deliver your plan (and, on Growth and above, to honour the guarantee below), you agree to:
- provide access to your accounts (Google Business Profile, domain, hosting, and ad accounts where relevant) within 7 days of kickoff;
- supply requested brand assets, photos and business details within 14 days of kickoff;
- respond to our requests within 5 business days;
- on plans that include ads, maintain the agreed ad budget and not pause campaigns without agreement.
Delays on your side may push out timelines.
Payment
Fees are billed weekly in advance by direct debit (Stripe BECS), starting on your start date. There is no lock-in and no minimum term.
Spark and Growth have no setup fee. Domination includes a one-off setup fee of $1,500 + GST, payable before work begins and non-refundable once work has started.
All fees are plus GST (Dossis is GST-registered). Where ads are included, ad spend is separate and paid straight to the platform at cost, with no markup.
Term and cancellation
No lock-in and no minimum term. Either party may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable and the final period is payable. Any setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancelling may affect who owns the website and branding, depending on your plan and timing. See the next section.
Ownership of what we build
Your domain name, and any accounts registered in your name, always remain yours. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, systems and know-how.
On Spark and Growth, your website (and any logo or branding) is built for free. Because of that, these Dossis Digital-built assets remain our property until you have completed 26 weeks (six months) of continuous active paid membership from your start date. If you cancel before then, the website is taken offline and the source files and formal transfer of intellectual property in the logo and branding are withheld, unless you keep everything by paying out the weeks left of the 26 at your plan's weekly fee + GST (for example, 8 weeks left on Growth is 8 x $275 = $2,200 + GST). After 26 weeks, they are yours to keep.
On Domination, the setup fee covers your build, so the website, logo and branding are yours from the day we deliver them, and remain yours if you later leave. If we have waived the setup fee, the build is provided free, and the same 26-week rule applies.
What you give us
You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos, wording and other material you give us, and that the facts you give us about your business (licences, insurance, guarantees, years in business, prices) are true. We will check claims where we can, but you approve the content before it goes live and you are responsible for it.
Realistic expectations
SEO and advertising results take time and depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, competitor activity and market demand. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue beyond the written guarantee below. We commit to the work and to acting in your best interests.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's private business information confidential and uses it only to deliver these services.
Your website's privacy policy and terms
We put a privacy policy and terms page on every site we build, written from the details you give us and the tools we install. They are a starting point, not legal advice. You are responsible for checking they suit your business and for telling us if anything about how you work changes. If you want them checked by a lawyer, we will make the changes your lawyer asks for.
Your customers' details
Some of our work means handling your customers' personal information on your behalf: enquiries from your website, call records, and the names and mobiles we use to ask for reviews or follow up leads. That information belongs to you. We only use it to do the work in your plan, we do not sell it or use it for anyone else, and we keep it in the tools listed in our privacy policy.
If we become aware of a data breach that affects your customers, we will tell you promptly and help you deal with it. When you leave, we hand it back to you and delete our copies unless the law requires us to keep them.
Messages we send for you
Review requests, lead follow-ups and database reactivation messages go out in your business name. You confirm that the people on any list you give us have agreed to hear from you, or are existing customers you are allowed to contact. Every message we send includes a way to opt out, and we stop messaging anyone who opts out.
Liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the month in which the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the actions of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers). Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Offboarding
On cancellation we hand over your website access and data (subject to the ownership section above), and deliver any work paid for to the end of the paid period.
The guarantee (Growth and above)
On Growth and Domination, we promise: if your sixth month after go-live does not bring more enquiries than your average month over the 3 full calendar months before your kickoff date, we refund every weekly fee you paid up to the end of month 6 (on Domination from go-live; on Growth from your start date, since there is no setup fee), plus $1,000.
- Starting number: worked out from your own records and agreed in writing at kickoff. If you have no records, it is your first full month after go-live.
- Month 6: the sixth full calendar month after go-live, counted on the call and form tracking shown on your dashboard, by the same rules as the starting number.
- Not refunded: any one-off setup fee (Domination) and ad spend paid to the platforms.
- Conditions: you stayed on the plan from go-live to the end of month 6 with payments up to date, met your obligations above, answered enquiries within 1 business day, told us before changing your phone number, website or business name, and there was no major business change (closed, sold, rebranded, stopped the work, or at capacity and turning work away). Claims are made in writing within 14 days after month 6 ends.
The full conditions are on our guarantee page, which forms part of this agreement.
How you accept these terms
