This is not for you if:
- You need leads this week. SEO compounds over months. Ads can start much faster, and I will tell you on the call if that is the better play for you.
- You want the cheapest website in town. There are $500 template sites out there. That is not what I build.
- You cannot take on more work right now. Do not pay for leads you will not answer. Call me when the crew has room.

When I build or upgrade your site so I control how the leads convert, I guarantee at least 5 genuine enquiries, a real call or form fill from a real prospect, not spam, in your first 90 days. If I do not hit that, I keep working every month at no charge until I do. And if I still have not got you there, I write you a cheque for $500.
And free means free: if your first 90 days pass without the 5 leads, you stop paying the weekly fee until they land. Fair both ways: you answer your leads, stay on the plan while I do, and reply to me within two business days. You have been let down before. This time, if it does not work, you are not the one out of pocket.

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There is no lock-in and no minimum term on any plan. Stay because it is working, leave any time with no penalty.
Is there a setup fee?
On Growth and Domination, yes: a $1,500 one-off setup that covers your new website build and conversion tracking. Spark has no setup fee. After that it is a simple flat weekly fee.
How long until I see results?
Most clients see their first leads from Google within 30 to 60 days. SEO compounds, so month three beats month one. With Google Ads on Growth and Domination you get leads from day one while your organic builds.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time. No penalties, no exit fees. On Growth and Domination you keep your website, your domain, and all the content we created, and we hand everything over. On Spark the build is free, so the site becomes yours after 26 weeks on the plan; leave earlier and you can keep it with a one-off $1,500 buy-out. Full detail is in the terms.
Is Google Ads spend included?
Google Ads management is included from the Growth plan up. Your ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google at cost, never marked up. We usually suggest starting around $30 to $50 a day depending on your market.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Any time, in either direction. Most clients start on Spark or Growth and move up once they see results.
Do I have to pay upfront for the website?
No. We build your website as part of a plan, starting at Spark ($100/wk) with the build on us and no big upfront. A website without SEO and ongoing content is a shop with no signage, so our plans are built to get you results, not just a pretty site.
What's included in the guarantee?
When I build or upgrade your site so I control how the leads convert, I guarantee at least 5 real leads in your first 90 days.
